Versa synced and charged but can't get anything on the screen

My wifi and bluetooth are on but get nothing on the watch and can't change watch faces either.

Hi @faith4111  Do you mean the screen is black? Or is there something showing on the screen?

It sounds as if you are not successfully set up yet. Try these two Help Articles. But if you still cant get further than the logo p,ease co e back here.
