My phone and Versa are actively syncing but I am not receiving any notifications. The fitbit app does not give options to turn notifications on or off for messaging, phone calls, email, or my calendar. Bluetooth is connected, do not disturb is not enabled, and all my app notifications are turned on on my phone. I've gone through the troubleshooting guides and can't figure this out.

Anyone know how to get to this screen on the Versa 2? This fix worked for my wife's Versa but holding the left button on Versa2 is now a shortcut to Alexa/Fitbit Pay

Solved this, I just had to un-install the Fitbit app on my phone, then re-install and set-up notifications again. Now working fine

GogoGranny:
When I get a “Device cannot be found” message, it’s because I have Bluetooth turned on on BOTH my iPad and iPhone. Solution is to turn off Bluetooth on my iPad or whatever is interfering. Sometimes I also have to close the Fitbit app and restart it. Then all is well!

After doing the recent iOS 13 update my versa was not giving me notifications. Finally after several weeks it is working again. Think it’s a combination of a few things I did. I did the most recent iOS update 13.2 (with bug fixes). I then removed my versa completely from my app (remove this device) and deleted the Fitbit app. I reinstalled the app then reinstalled my Fitbit Versa to the app. Works perfectly now!

Sorry it hasn't worked. I know it's so frustrating. It did take about an hour after I did all this for it to start working again cuz the notifications from other apps need to be set up etc.

Hi,
Is this problem fixed yet? It's infuriating.
Having followed every piece of advice, method, and tip in here I'm still left with a smart watch that isn't sending me notifications. So not that smart!
Please advise.
Thanks
When I do this, I don't have a notifications toggle. I have 4, but none relate to notifications.

Deleting my Fitbit then deleting and reinstalling the app worked for me. Make sure your do not disturb is off on your phone.

This seems to work for me too but it is really frustrating but possibly the fastest way instead of trying to figure out Bluetooth, app notification etc settings when I know none of those were altered.
I have an android phone and all notifications keep coming to my Versa 2 UNTIL I turn off/on my phone or it restarts for some reason and at that point my only possible resolution having tried every single one of them recommended by fitbit or fellow users is to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Doesn't seem to work for me, it looks like those are just the Fitbit App Notification and not the notifications from other apps.

This fixed mine.
I am disappointed as well, should have stuck with my fitbit VERSA, I had no problems. Just when I think I fixed the notifications, they stop again.

I'm the same, have tried everything suggested and nothing has worked. And yes, it was working fine one day, and out of nowhere nothing, no notifications. This is so fustrating!!!
