I am having a great deal of trouble with my Versa. It won't sync, it becomes unresponsive to touch, sometimes it won't turn on at all or crashes in the middle of doing something. I have owned three Fitbit and just upgraded to the Versa. I have owned it less than a month and have had more trouble with it than with my other three combined. I have restarted my Versa, my phone, my iPad, my Bluetooth, etc. I have read the forums to try to find a fix. Is the Versa just a bad device? Are they replacing them with a newer or better model? I am ready for a fix now. I have already started researching other options.
