I wasn’t having any issues with my Versa until two days ago. It suddenly started to sync (or rather showed/said it synced), but the display on my iPhone shows no updated data, and I am not receiving message notifications. It will sync with my iPad, however. I tried removing it from Bluetooth and setting it up again, but that didn’t work. I also restarted the Fitbit, also nothing. Help, please.

I am having the same problem, as my Versa is syncing everything but steps today. I have tried all suggestions but no change. The 'syncing line' does not show on my iPhone, even though it updated 'sleep' and 'calories' this morning and it says the last sync was at 12.42 am! Reason for getting the Versa was because it was supposed to be one of the best, after having problems with a Vue I bought in January and which stopped working a few months later… I might be getting an Apple watch…

So I started having the same issue being reported here where my iphone app is syncing but the data doesn't seem to be pushing through the app.
- It started midnight last night and I didn't do any update to both iOS or fitbit app.
- As stated, the fitbit device is logging the steps, heart rate, miles and such.
- The phone app is showing it is connecting to the fitbit device but the data isn't syncing the data.
- I logged in to another computer to my fitbit account and my dashboard also isn't showing any data from my fitbit device.
I've tried restarting the fitbit device, turned off bluetooth and back on, rediscovered the device and uninstalled/reinstalled the fitbit app. Still no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I noticed mine had stopped tracking and uploading my data to the app for the past 3 days too.
Im so upset Ive lost all of my fitness and data!!! Especially after spending $350 for the versa.
Ive tried everything from reinstalling to turning it off and on.
Nothing else is connected to it through bluetooth.
Im really upset because I was so excited to save up to get it and now all of a sudden, it doesnt work!!!

Having the same issue. Samsung Galaxy 9s. Worked fine with my Charge 2, worked OK with my new Versa for a couple weeks, now it says it syncs, but the stats don't reflect that.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App.
Wi-Fi or data is connected
BlueTooth is connected.
Is a fix on the way since this seems to be an issue with the app??

Since this last update, my phone is updating my phone app (example the sleep part of the app) and is showing me what my sleep was for that evening. It's not updating on my watch, still shows how much I slept on a date a week ago. Obviously the watch and phone are communicating as the phone app is working and showing me updated sleep time, but it's not displaying that updated info on the watch itself. I have restarted both the phone and the watch and no change. It's been doing that for a while on the weather app, says I need to resync to the app and I've done that. Still shows no weather. The thing that bothers me the most is that the sleep app is stuck on the watch display to a week ago yet it's obviously talking to my phone and updating the phone app. If I'm going to pay this much for a smart watch, I would like it to work for more than just telling time. Even the messages are spotty. Sometimes they show up sometimes they don't. I realize that might be a Samsung 10 issue as it is not officially supported (yet?) But it HAS been working...until the Versa latest software update.

Amendment, date of last sleep app update on watch is September 19th. The app on the phone is showing up to date sleep information. It's just the Versa that is not displaying the information.

It looks like this issue is cropping up again. My Versa isn't syncing its data with the app either. It is connecting through the bluetooth though. But now the clock is off by an hour also

between this issue and the heartbeat counts on my phone and my Versa being drastically different when exercising, I gave up and bought something else. I hope they get this figured out.
