Versa syncing issue

 I have just bought a Versa. I spent all night last night trying to get it to work with my Oneplus 3T (previously had Charge HR which worked fine with my phone). I have just spent some time trying again, unsuccessfully.

 

I have managed to set the Versa up on the app, but it for some reason it won't stay connected. I have checked various forums, and tried uninstalling Fitbit app, remove all devices from Bluetooth, restarted the phone several times, cleared cache ... help please!

 

I haven't managed to do anything else with the Versa, it is still displaying foreign language on the screen.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Keep in mind that in order to successfully connect your Versa with your phone, it needs to be compatible. Have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, you can take a look at our list of compatible mobile devices.

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't means that it won't sync with your Versa but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provided in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
