Versa syncing issues with Pixel XL 2

Has anyone been able to fix the sync issues with Versa and Pixel XL 2? Yes, I know that the Pixel XL 2 is not a supported device, which is just ridiculous. But my Versa has been syncing fine since June, then just started having problems a week or so ago. It will only sync now if I put it on the charging dock. But as it does sync when charging, I figure there has to be some way to get it to sync at other times. Any insight is appreciated.

It's great to see you here @Bambi_Unbridled.

 

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Fitbit but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
