Versa syncing issues

My Versa isn't syncing. How can I get it to do so?

 

I've gone as far as sitting it on top of my phone and it still doesn't work. My other Fitbit device when I had it never had a problem. And with my Versa connected, my ear piece Bluetooth doesn't work anymore.

 

Help.
