For the past 3 days my Versa has not syncing with my Samsung 6 phone app.
When I finally got it to the step count shows but no other data!!!
On my versa it shows my activity and active hours and sleep but after syncing none of it shows!
Im so upset that its not working but also at the fact that I cannot rely on it to track my progress, the reason I spent $350 for it.
Yes Ive tried
updating,
turning on and off,
Reinstalling the app and versa
...everything.
Please please help?
Now its stopped syncing to my phone again!!!
This is so frustrating!!!

I'd like your to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains some of the steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the steps that have not been followed.
