Versa syncs, but not getting notifications and won't show in Bluetooth

Hello, I am at my wits end with the Fitbit Versa. I have "reset" the watch, my phone, shut off Bluetooth and turned it back on. For about 2 months I had no issues and then all of a sudden it stopped receiving notifications. If I restart the watch it shows up connected to Bluetooth but only for about 5 mins and I still cant receive text or call notifications. Does anyone have any solutions? I'm honestly contemplating going back to a less "advanced" version.

Hey @kristiannaleigh, it is nice to see new faces around! I appreciate the time you have taken to try to solve this inconvenience with the notifications on your Versa. Beside that, I'd like you to review this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the troubleshooting listed there.
