Since this new dashboard has been released my Versa now Auto Syncs even though the auto-sync option is turned off in the settings. I’ve tried turning it on and off. Doesn’t help. Turning off Bluetooth works but what’s the point in that? I use Bluetooth in my car and I rely on my messages and work emails coming up on the watch, which will NOT happen if Bluetooth is off. So...HOW can I REALLY stop auto sync from happening when the option is off in the settings? If there is no fix for this, that’s dumb and I’ll get another device from another comped.

@Deanna783 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it keep syncing with your phone even though the "Auto-Sync" option is off. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback.
Please try logging out of the app. After this, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Make sure that the auto-sync option is off. Finally, restart your Versa as described in this help article and see if it stops syncing when the "auto-sync" feature is off.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

As suspected, that did not work.

@JuanJoFitbit - that did not work and I’m not at all surprised by this. It’s kind of ridiculous actually.
