Versa takes a long time to update its firmware

I started my update around 9:15 a.m. and it is still updating.  How long does it take? Help.

Hi @Tralaa, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa is taking a long time in order to complete the firmware update, I'd like you to check out this help article, which contains some troubleshooting steps and it also tells how long it takes to complete the update.
