Why is my fit bit taking so long to update has been on for a day.

Hi @watson96hayleig, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa is taking a long time to update it's firmware. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and check out if it gets finished.
