Versa taking away active minutes

A week ago, I paced my way through three conference calls, and was at 173 active minutes around noon. But when I got to the gym 4 hours later, my Versa showed 50 active minutes. Same thing yesterday. Why does The Versa "giveth, and then taketh away?"

Hey @ScottEEE, it is great to see new faces around! So on that particular day, you didn't do any exercise at all but your Versa tracked around 173 active minutes, just like that. And in the afternoon, that amount of active minutes disappeared, right? If so, let me ask you this, on that previous day, when your Versa tracked 173 minutes, did you check how was your heart rate at? I'm asking because at least that your Versa had recorded peak zone during the whole morning, there was no way that such amount of active minutes was recorded. Heart rate monitor Fitbit are even more accurate to record active minutes 'cause they use heart rate readings to determine how active you were during certain period of time.

Now in regards of the active minutes taken away, you can try to restart your Versa and then sync it. We can avoid that from happening again but is not gonna be possible to recover the lost active minutes.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
