Versa tells me to "Unlock with Your Phone" but my app isn't connected to the Versa anymore

Hi! So I'm not sure what to do.

My Versa isn't letting me see anything but the display clockface. If i try to swipe to just says "Unlock with Your Phone". The problem is I disconnected my Versa from my iphone app and since they aren't connected anymore I don't know what to do.

I've restarted the Versa several times with no result.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have Fitbit Pay enabled with a credit card? Each day, or anytime you take it off, you need to enter correct PIN to be able to change screens. It sounds like you have been prompted for your PIN and entered wrong code 10 times, after which it prompts you to unlock it with your phone.

See How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

So the problem is reconnecting it to your phone, then follow the instructions in the above link.

How did you disconnect it?  On the app, does it show the Versa at all?

Have you tried to just add your Versa back to the app?

Hi, I did have FitBit Pay enabled and may have unintentionally entered the wrong pin ten times. It not connected to my app at all I can't see it as a linked device to my phone/app. I have tried connecting the Versa to the app again but I can't because when it asks me to type in the code shown on the fitbit to connect it to the app I can only see the "Unlock with Your Phone" screen on my Versa.

Is there anything I can do?

Sorry, I don't know any more about this but hopefully someone else will.

Or you can try contacting Fitbit support.

See this thread for a couple of tips for this:

Someone succeeded by deactivating the card in his wallet.
