Versa the battery drains in a matter of hours

I have had my Fitbit for over a year and never had any problems. Yesterday I was prompted to update it. 

Now, the battery drains in a matter of hours, when it took days before. The screen has been flashing and it won’t work right. I have tried resetting it and I haven’t added any new apps to it. I am extremely frustrated.

If several restarts dont fix it, try a factory reset (settings app and scroll down to About).  If that doesnt do it you will need to contact support (link in my signature)
