Versa (the original, not versa 2) - language change in versa APP

Suddenly today my Versa app on my phone changed to Dutch. Since I do not understand Dutch, I am having trouble using the app to change the language back to ENGLISH. My versa watch has remained in English (thankfully!). I want to change the language of the app itself, not the watch. I have tried resetting country of choice to US but no changes or options to change to English (as far as I can tell, as it is all in DUTCH!). HELP!

Hi @margaritas68 , to change the language in your Fitbit app on your phone, go to www.fitbit.com/consent. Clicking this link brings you to the dashboard of your Fitbit app on your PC. On top of this site you will see on the right site the settings icon. Press that and choose settings and press that too. Scroll down untill you find "language per region/country" and change the language back to your language. After that, scroll down to the bottom of this page and press "submit" and your problem should be solved, Erik

I have a similar problem but it's the watch - language is Dutch all of a sudden... My app is still in English..

Did you also go to the dashboard & change your language to English, click Submit, then got back to the app and do a sync with the watch?
