My versa keeps coming up with the charging screen when it's on my wrist and not charging!! What will fix this??

Try a Restart, Carly, and do it several times if necessary.

did you have a permanent solution other then restart?

Hey @yrohan, welcome aboard! By restarting it, your Versa should stop showing that is charging when is actually not. So if you already tried this out many times, I suggest you to try to set up your Versa as a new device again. Just make sure to sync it prior doing this. You can take a look at the instructions in this help article to do so.
