So apart from the many daily random reboots(around 6/7 minimum), my Versa is no longer sinking it's brand new and I've had so many issues already and I can't find solutions anywhere. All help is much appreciated.

I am currently having the same problem with the Versa syncing with my phone. I have only had it since the end of May. Was working great up until this past weekend. I have tried everything. Very irritating!
