Versa totally dead after 10 hours

My Versa (8 months old) has been.drainng the battery within 10 hours. I noticed 2 nights ago my versa was totally dead at 2:00am, I use the device for my alarm, thank goodness I was already awake!  I placed on the charger until later that morning! I turned off the auto-wake and notifications to see if that was the problem, same thing, it was dead before I quit work and had to charge it again to log my exercise. I also cleaned the contacts on the back, as stated in another post. No change, I do try to sync with my iPhone every day or every 2nd day. Charged the device again to 100%, removed from charger at 5:30am, noticed the time was incorrect at 9:00am and synced with my iPhone to update. By 2:00pm the device was totally dead again! I used to get 3-4 days off one charge, even with auto-wake and notifications turned on!  This device is totally useless to me in this condition! Any fix on the battery drain issue? Thanks!

Hi, did you already tried the multiple restart procedure with the two buttons method? If not. I would recommend you to do that and see if the problem is solved. If yes, reach out to Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

I’ve tried all of the tips, except for shutting down the device. I gave up and purchased a new Versa! Let’s hope this one lasts longer! Very disappointing!

Not back on track yet! I haven’t received my new device, the holiday slowed it down a bit!

Why did you give them more money when the first one was crap? It was only 8 months old. They should have given you a new one since their product was worthless to you.

So essentially you're asking people to use the Versa as a normal watch? What's the point of buying a fitbit watch if you're not able to use all of the features? Seems silly to buy a watch with all of the functions but then we're told to turn all of these functions off so the battery doesn't die. How about building a watch with good battery life like your ads say you have?
