My touch screen is not responding on the newest update even though I have one of the Fitbit watch faces. Also, my watch is not reading my heart rate and I have tried shutting down the watch and turning it back on.

Hello @Kewasik, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to perform a factory reset on your watch.
Factory reset your Versa will erase apps and all personal data from the device, including credit or debit cards you added (on devices that support Fitbit Pay). Additionally, you will have to set up your Versa as a new device once the factory reset has completed.
To perform a factory reset, on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Return your device if you are still within the return period. Fitbit will refuse to honor their warranty and claim that the issue is being worked on remotely.
