Versa touch screen and buttons not working well

I have had my Versa for 10 months and have noticed that I can’t wake my screen up by tapping or using the left button. The button makes it flash the first three times then it will work. But then I can’t swipe down to read my texts unless I push that left button 3-5 times. The right button shows the messages but I can’t scroll. I have reset and powered down but nothing lasts. Very frustrating

I’m so sorry to hear this, @Mdelapaz79. Please try the following:

  • Sync the Versa then remove it from your account. 
  • Go to your phone and delete the Fitbit app. Not to worry, your info is still in your account.
  • On your Versa, swipe left to Settings > Account. Swipe up until you Shutdown. Tap to power the Versa off. 
  • Back on your phone, reinstall the Versa app and log in.
  • Press any button on your Versa to turn it back on.
  • Add the Versa back to your account. 

That should snap everything back to normal. Please let us know if it does.
