Help my watch is only a year old and the touch screen just all a sudden stopped working. And the battery isn't holding its charge. Please if someone can help that would be greatly appreciated

My Versa watch is having the same problem minus the charging problem. It is stuck on a black screen that shows me one app and it won't let me go back to my clock. I can swipe down on the screen to show my notifications as well as click the left button to take me to the function I saved onto it but it won't take me to my clock. Please help!

Hi there, @Reina_36. Welcome on board.
Did you perform a factory reset prior to posting here? Or did you unpair your watch from your Fitbit account?
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your watch as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I did unpair it and paired it to my account again and it didn't work prior to coming here. Although I did restart it and its back to normal thank you!

I got a new one. Mine died. But the offered me a discount my warranty was up.
Update: Sorry sounds to me like yours has died like mine. Call customer support they will help you out. I did they were great
