I’ve used my versa with my phone before without problems, but recently when I tried to set it up it gets stuck on the “connecting to tracker” page. My phone finds the device and connects to the Bluetooth but it won’t connect. I’ve tried all of the deleting, rebooting and turning off tricks and nothing works. I’m very frustrated!

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not connecting with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
