I'm in the middle of a HIIT workout and can feel my heart beating fast, I check it and the Versa says it's at 105bpm. This happens every day, but only during high intensity workouts. I can go for a walk and my average HR is 111, but when I do HIIT the average is 105. This morning I was half way through my workout and it was saying my HR was 68!
I've spoken to customer care, restarted the device a few times, and have moved the watch further up my wrist during workouts. I'll be honest, I'm not happy with the Versa and my girlfriend had exactly the same problem.

Hello @amclean03, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for providing your feedback about the Versa and letting us know you've already contacted our Support Team regarding this situation.
At this moment, if you're still having trouble with the heart rate on your watch, my best recommendation is to reply to our Support Team, as they have already a case created describing this situation, letting them know the troubleshooting was unsuccessful will let them provide you more options.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
