My Fitbit has starting counting active minutes even when stationary. Also heart rate being monitored as 148 where usually around 60. 
I have turned watch off through settings 

cleaned the watch but problem persists. 
Any advice welcome.

Hi @Emma1975, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the extra active minutes and heart rate readings issues that your Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

 

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

Same prob here. It would be helpful to perhaps share the fix here(?) or should each of us call Support??
