Versa tracks high heart rate data

My heart rate monitor is showing anywhere from 125 to 165 and jumping around numbers.  When I was jogging it was at 220.  Amazing!   (It’s not me or my health. I have a separate blood pressure machine and I’m fine.).
I’ve tried all the suggested possible solutions:  turn on/off, reset, turn heart monitor off and back on. None have worked.  This is causing my sleep numbers to not register.

Hi @RuffieMPC, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the high heart rate readings that your Fitbit Versa has tracked lately, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your device before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, set up your watch from scratch. Finally, monitor it for the next 24 hours and see if it stops tracking high heart rate data.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
