Versa tracks high heart rate readings and screen is unresponsive

Noticed the last few days my Fitbit was recording extremely high heart rates even when I was resting, and then even when it wasn’t on my wrist at all. Now after trying several “fixes” suggested by support the device is completely unresponsive it has a bright white screen with a black ring around it.

@Mrsq85 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the high heart rate readings that your Versa was tracking, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that a solution was provided. I'm so glad to hear that you will be back on track soon.
