Versa tracks high heart rate readings

I noticed my gf's heart rate chart always peeks at night when she is "sleeping" and im not over. Should I be concerned about her heart or her ability to be faithful?

Please restart her Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, have her to make sure of the following details:

• The device is positioned correctly on her wrist:
• Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on her wrist. For more information, see How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
• Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they’re loose fitting. For best results, use the wristband that came with your device.

Finally, monitor her heart rate readings and see if the issue gets fixed.
