Versa tracks high heart rate readings

I'm using it for last eight month onwards and suddenly today it was showing very high varying heart rate and this an abnormal calories and active minutes.  What can go wrong?  Manual heart rate was around 90 where Versa was showing varying ranges of 140 to 170.  Hence calories showing are almost triple from normal and the active minutes too.

@Bimal, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is tracking high heart rate readings.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your device is positioned correctly so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hi Bimal

Same happened to me, contacted support. The fix was to turn HR on and off with a sync after each.  This worked the 1st time, but I am now back to it being abnormally high all the time.  Support have told me it's an ongoing issue that they are unsure of it's resolution
