Starting on May 3rd my heart rate monitor on my Versa has been wildly inaccurate reporting my heart rate as much as 100 points over the actual rate and constantly showing it to be over 140 even when sitting and reading. I have tried adjusting the band etc. (though I never had any issues prior to this in the year or so since I got it). I believe I installed a new update sometime around May 3rd. My calorie burn was consistently in the 2700-4100 calorie range daily depending on my workouts and then suddenly jumped to 8700 on May 3rd and has been over 10,000 calories every single day since then. I assume that is because of the vastly inflated heart rates being recorded.
Anyone know if this is a known update problem or if there is something I can do? The band is nearly useless if I can't properly measure my heart rate and calorie bur, that's the primary reason I have this and not a much more simple step counter.
thanks!
