My Fitbit Versa has said my heart rate is 162 to 208 for two days, even when resting. I have tried to switch the monitor off and restart the watch but this hasn't worked. Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this! This is my third Fitbit I don't think I'll be buying another if this one breaks! Can't say I've not given them a chance!.

Hi @sarah.a.gregory, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it tracks high heart rate readings. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
