Versa tracks high heart rate readings

I updated my Versa this past week and I have noticed that my heart rate readings have significantly increased doing similar types of activity. For example, I did a HIIT workout last night and I had a peak heart rate of 194bpm. Prior to this, the highest peak HR I have recorded recently was around 160bpm. I don’t think my fitness level has changed since last week, so I am assuming it was the update that did it.

Hi @Hikaru2, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has tracked high heart rate readings. I totally understand how you feel about this.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
