I've had my Versa for a little less than two years and have loved it with few issues, but for the past ten days it has been registering my heart rate as incredibly high. I am a fit, healthy 24 year old and my watch is calculating my heart rate as being 150 bpm right now as I type this and sit at my desk at work. It is incredibly frustrating as this constant heart rate issue makes all of data virtually useless -- total calorie burn for the day is over 5,000 calories according to fitbit and this new HR zone feature does nothing for me when apparently I hit 150 zone minutes just sitting down at work.
I have contacted customer service and was advised to change the location that I wear my watch -- I have experimented with this but know this is not the issue as my watch has stayed in the same location for the past year and a half (with a sick tan line too!) or to perform a factory reset. I did the factory reset yesterday and it has done nothing -- the issue persists.
Anyone have this issue and found a solution?

My heart rate differs by about 20bpm depending on what strap I use. I have the special edition Versa which comes with a woven strap. When wearing this, my BPM increases by around 20bpm compared to when I wear the standard silicon/plastic strap

This has been happening to me too, even saying that I've been doing exercise when I've been sleeping. Tried turning on and off but it didn't help. Put it on someone else and it was still high. If you find a solution, please post it!
