Hi I’ve noticed my bpm seems to go out of sync. I was at work yesterday and it suddenly shot up to 163 bpm and sometimes it does this when I’m driving. Always had a fb charge and never had this please can someone advise. Thanks all.

Hi @Karenj7, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's tracking high heart rate readings. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate data.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I reported a similar issue a few weeks ago, and I'm back to report that there may be a bit of a fix. I wiped down the back of my Versa 2 with a microfiber cloth and it seemed to help.
