Versa tracks high heart readings

Hello

 

all of a sudden my versa started reading my HR extremely high (180-200), which it wasn't, my resting is around 62. It just read all my activity during the day extremely high. I did a factory reset- it is updated the appt is updated. I called fitbit and they were at a loss. is this the beginning of the end? it is 20 month old. any suggestions?
