Versa tracks inaccurate heart rate

During my HITT at the stairs, the Versa tracks an inaccurate heart rate. It's frustrating more during the HITT workout. I already clean the sensor with alcohol and restart the watch and the same issue appears during my training. Any advice.

Hi @Olganoemi, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa doesn't track your heart rate accurately during the HITT workout. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your Versa during the next HITT workouts and see if your heart rate gets tracked accurately.
