Versa turned black after factory reset

My Versa became black after I did a factory reset I have tried every way of pressing three button for 3 minutes and all, then I kept in charging for overnight and then again I tried it showed me 0% battery I kept in charging again then it again turned black, please help me

Hi @Ishanpathak Unfortunately it sound as if it has died. All you can do is contact Support and see if they are able to help you.

@NellyG how it can die I was using until yesterday and battery is in perfect condition, I am india and here customer support is not that good, so please tell if you have any solution

@NellyG my versa is 11 months old and it became hot after charging, I had kept in charging since yesterday

Then contact Support while it is still under warranty
