Versa turned off and will not turn on

It's funny so many ppls watches did this exact thing yesterday! Spoke with support last night and was told that my watch was out of warranty ( purchased 5/27/18). I take great care of my watch because 200 is not cheap and I expected it to last a lot longer. They offered to give me 25% off a new watch. Why would I by another expensive watch if it won't last???

@SunsetRunner thank you for participating in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped turning on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
