I had a quick swim and toweled off and got dressed. The Versa vibrated a few minutes later and the Fitbit logo came on. Then the Versa died. Tried to reset with the left button and bottom right and no luck. Tried charging and nothing happens. The watch gets warm but nothing displays. Can not connect to the Fitbit app either. It says no device found.

Hi Juan, I contacted Support and they said it’s water damaged. They advised to put the watch in a rice bowl for 24 hours which I did. However it still won’t reset or go on at all. It’s completely dead
