Versa turning off and won't charge

My versa keeps turning itself off, when I put it on charge it flashes 0% but then it turns back on and instantly shows 99% so it won't charge.

Is anyone else having a problem?

Mine is doing the same, but the screen will on for a minute or so and go off and say 0% then back up to 99% i've already spoke to someone from fitbit and its been no help. Its so annoying

My Versa did the exact same thing.

I did some troubleshooting with the online chat person with out success.  My Versa is only 13 months old and was told it was out of warranty.  I was given a link to get 25% off a Versa lite or 40% off a new Versa2. I kindly declined their offer.

I went back to using my Garmin vivosmart HR+ that I purchased in 2016, and it still works!

Fitbit has lost me as a customer.

Update:  It was a 25% discount for your next purchase of selected Fitbit device, or a 40% discount for Versa Lite (Mulberry).
