Fitbit keeps dying when I’m mid run! It’s charged nearly full 72% today and only lasted 35 minutes then died and then came on and tried to do auto exercise start and then screen went blank again.
i has to put it on charge and press the 2 buttons to reset after a few minutes to get it into life again
any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I appreciate your patience troubleshooting your Versa before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Does your device turn off only with specific exercises or with all of them? If such is the case, could you please specify which exercises you performed when you experienced this issue? Do you track your exercise with the Exercise shortcuts or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature?
