I have had my versa for about 6 months. love the thing.
however this week it has just stopped working. It turns itself off after about 1-5 mins after it has been taken out of the cradle. the only way to turn it back on is to put it in the cradle.
I read some responses about resetting it a few times. I did this but still nothing. I have just resetted it back to factory standards and removed it from my fitbit app and tried to re-install it. but now i can't even connect to it. the only that i can do now is put it in the cradle to turn on. try to connect. then get nothing. and then it turns itself off again....
has anyone else had this issue.
