Versa turns off when off the charger

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa is about 8 months old and will only work on the charger.  It will say it’s 100% charged and show notifications while on the charger.  As soon as I take it off the charger it goes black and nothing works.  I immediately put it back in the charger and it then says 0%.

This is so frustrating.   The only thing that has changed is the app update.  It went from holding a charge for 5-6 days to nothing.

@trubly welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it will stay charged when it's on the charger only.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
