My versa kept randomly restarting this week, battery draining after only a few hours. Now it won't stay on at all if it's not plugged in. This is really annoying because the same thing happened in the beginning of the year, and now it's happening to the replacement I got.
I've tried resetting with no success, so I did a factory resetting through that watch's settings while it was plugged in. Now it's on because it's still plugged in, but I can get it to install on my iPhone.
Any suggestions?
P.S.: I've also been trying to contact fitbit customer support with no luck. I just want to chat with a human, not via Twitter.

Hi @IzabelaRamos, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa only works when it's plugged in to the charger and it turns on when removing it from it. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it keeps its charge and stays on when you remove it from the charger.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
