Versa turns on only on charge

My Versa only turns on when I put it on charge, I've charged it overnight and still the same problem. The app says battery is 100%. Help please

If the issue persists, try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
