Versa two has white lines across it but no display

Versa to his white lines across it but no display. It does connect to my Fitbit app and records my steps and other exercise through it.  It stops reminding me to get in my 250 steps an hour a few weeks ago and none of the suggestions in the manual or on the forum got that function back. I’m now wondering if that was the first step in my Fitbit dying and that I now need to replace it, or can it be fixed?

Hi Fitbit fixer,

My Fitbit miraculously fixed itself over night. However, I still can't get it to give me reminders to move. I checked on-line and have restarted my Fitbit many times, turning this feature on and off on my Fitbit and haven't been able to resolve the problem. Any other suggestions?

I'm glad to hear that your Versa 2 display is working fine again.

 

Please make sure Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your watch, please visit this article.

 

Then please turn Reminders to Move off and back on by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device?".

Hi again,

I went through the steps to get hourly reminders, but don’t know yet if that works. I still can’t get it to show me my hourly steps, even though hourly steps is shown as checked in the settings on the Fitbit and I’ve rebooted it MANY times. I’ve been able to turn on and off all of the other settings.
