Versa two overcounting calories burned by 25%

Because I was not losing weight as a expected, I started weighing and measuring everything. Looking at August, I added up my calorie deficit and I should have lost 5 more pounds than I did. I am averaging probably a 2000 cal deficit. ( I would actually prefer a 1000 cal deficit.) What I’ve eaten this month has been simple and repetitive. Measuring everything that is not already measured (ie cheese sticks). 20 net carbs or less most days. The ONLY reason I can find for my lack of progress (compared to cals burned vs intake) is that my versa is figuring 25% too much for energy expended. What makes it even more confusing is I actually had my RMR tested, and it was practically the same as what Fitbit shows. That being the case, it is probably overestimating my calories from exercise by even more than 25%. Was wondering if anyone else has done the calculations and weighing of food and if they find the same issue. It’s frustrating. I’m trying so hard and doing all the right things, and based on my versa2 numbers was expecting more.
