Versa unable to connect to WiFi to update.

I'm trying to update my versa and it isn't working. It won't connect to my wifi which it's connected to before. I've tried literally everything that has worked before. I've restarted the fitbit, my phone, forgot the device in my Bluetooth settings, tried setting up a new device in the app and even deleted the app and redownloaded it. I can get it to find the fitbit but once it asks for the numbers on the display it stops working and just says its connecting to the fitbit. I'm getting very frustrated with the versa as this isn't the first time I've had an issue connecting to the wifi.. never had this problem with my charge 2. maybe I shouldn't have upgraded.. Please help before I lose my mind with this thing.

Hello @mulderdori, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since when have you experienced this situation? Did you remove the Versa from your account or are you trying to replace it when setting it up as a new device? Additionally, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further:

  1. iPhone model you're using.
  2. OS version running on your phone.
  3. Versa version (go to Account > Versa to get it)
  4. App version (go to Account > Help to get it)

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I’m having the same issue. It’s so frustrating! I love my Fitbit but this is just ridiculous.
