Hi @Melliza.m That phone should work well - it is a supported device. I have an S8 and mine is good. Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues.

I have had the same problem. I had the Fitbit charge 2 and loved it. No problems setting up or sync to my Apple phone. I’ve tried everything!!  Need help fast before I take it back!!

Hello @Melliza.m and @Lindagilli thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @NellyG, thanks for all your help.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. At this moment, as you have already tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @NellyG and the issue is still not resolved, my best recommendation is to set up your Versa as a new device to reset the connection between the phone and the watch. Note that setting up your device again will not delete any of the information already stored in your account.

To set up your Versa as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give this a try and let us know the outcome!
