I got my versa on Friday. The charger makes.some jingling noise like something inside the charger is broken.
Also it looks like my steps are not accurate. It should be alot more than its registering

@Wendyr21 welcome to the forum! Why do you think it's inaccurate? Do you have any comparison? Eg Google Fit etc? Could you please verify the Wrist Placement setting in your Fitbit mobile app? Also, I would try rebooting Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
Re charger. It should not jingle. Period. Contact Customer Support for a replacement, even if the charger is charging your Versa now. If it's a hardware issue, we would like to avoid a potential damage in the future.

thanks, i think its working better now as far as tracking steps.. i changed the clock which some people said i should do.
I will try sending CS a note about charger i thought i did but maybe i posted it here instead of correct spot. Thanks again for replying
